125℃ irradiation cross-linked LSZH polyolefin sheath material for photovoltaics

LSZH polyolefin sheath material is made of polyolefin material as the primary material, adding environmental protection or low smoke halogen free flammable agents, antioxidants, and other additives through mixing, plasticizing, and granulating. LSZH polyolefin sheath material can be extruded on a standard PVC extruder.

Irradiation cross-linked LSZH flame retardant polyolefin XLPO material for TUV&UL solar cable.

1.Product Introduction:

Polyolefin sheath material is made from polyolefins (a type of polymer) used as outer layers in cable and wire products. The sheath material provides insulation, protection, and mechanical strength to the core components of the cable or wire. The type of polyolefin compound used can vary, but common examples include polyethylene and polypropylene.

 

 

2.Implementation Standards: TUV2 PfG 1169/08-2007, EN50618-2014

 

3. Features:

This series of Polyolefin sheath materials have excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical properties, flame retardant properties, and cable-forming technology, which can be certified by relevant standards. The materials are tested by SGS company, heavy meta,l and Environmental control substances such as halogen (environmentally friendly materials do not detect halogen items) meet the requirements of the RoHS environmental protection directive.

 

4. Extrusion Process:

It can be extruded by L/D18-25 extruder. When the screw compression ratio is low, the output volume is large. Each zone of the extruder must have a cooling control system, and the melt temperature should not exceed 180 °C. Since the difference between the actual temperature of the melt and the indicated value of the temperature control table varies with the type of extruder, each user should select a suitable temperature according to the specific conditions of the extruder used.

The following temperatures can be used as a reference for commissioning:

The machine head can be without a filter screen, or a filter screen below 60 mesh can be used; the mold can be squeezed or squeezed. It can be matched with special color masterbatch, the dosage is about 1-2%, generally does not affect the material properties

 

5. Packaging, transportation and storage
Packing: N.W: 25kg/1000kg bags with inner bag of aluminum-plastic composite vacuum moisture-proof bag and outer packing being made of kraft paper composite bag or woven bag.

Transportation and storage: It should not be exposed to the sun and rain during transport. It should be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. It should be handled with care.
