1.Product Introduction:

This series of products of low smoke zero halogen material have good processing performance, physical and mechanical properties, insulation properties, and excellent flame retardant properties. They do not release halogen acid, and they are self-extinguishing when away from fire, and they can significantly reduce the emission of toxic and corrosive gases and the generation of smoke, fully complies with the requirements of EU RoHS directive and REACH directive.

3.Features:

The series is a cross-linked low smoke zero halogen polyolefin compound independently developed and produced by our company. It is processed by mixing and granulating. This LSOH material has good extrusion processing performance and excellent stability. It is suitable for low smoke zero halogen control of temperature resistance of 105°C/125°C, cables, automotive cables, instrumentation cables, and other fields.

4.Uses:

It has the best cost performance and excellent extrusion performance. It can be widely used in control, power, instrument, electronics, and other fields. For example, subways, ships, power stations, high-rise buildings, program-controlled switch rooms, computer rooms, and various crowded public places.

5.Extrusion Process:

This product has the same (or similar) extrusion process as the low smoke zero halogen material:

Note: Due to the different processing equipment, the plasticizing ability of the material is different, so in the initial production trial process, the temperature is only for reference, and the production speed is about 60% of the normal production speed for trial production.

6.Packaging, Transportation, & Storage

Packing: N.W: 25kg bags with an inner bag of plastic film moisture-proof bag and outer packing made of kraft paper composite bag .

Transportation & Storage: This LSOH material should be stored in a clean, cool, dry, ventilated warehouse. It should be stored in a clean, cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse. It should be handled with care.
